Today is a national holiday. My school does not observe this holiday, I don’t know why.
We are still in the middle of a pandemic. We are still advised to minimize our risk and exposure to others.
We were required to come to campus, to sit in rooms with a small group of people, to participate in a Zoom meeting- led by people also on campus.
That’s it. All the water we wasted by our bathing this morning, all the gas wasted driving here and driving back. I’m sure there is information I don’t have as to why this decision was made. The decision was delivered to our faculty in a way that makes no sense. None.
